Eminem disses Donald Trump on his ‘Campaign Speech’ [AUDIO]
Eminem has hinted on who he is not voting to becoming the next president of the United States with a new seven-minute “Campaign Speech” track he released just as the race for the White House is coming to a home stretch.
Marshall Mathers made it clear that he isn’t too fond of Donald Trump as he mentioned the Republican presidential nominee’s name several times on the new song he released Wednesday, coinciding the last US presidential debate.
As expected, Eminem came up with controversial lyrics filled with metaphors with “Campaign Speech,” wherein he named at least 15 celebrities, including Trump.
"Run the faucet/I'm about to dunk a bunch of Trump supporters underwater."
"Consider me a dangerous man but you should be afraid of this dang candidate/You say Trump don't kiss ass like a puppet/'Cause he runs his campaign with his own cash for the fundin'/And that's what you wanted/A fuckin' loose cannon who's blunt with his hand on the button/Who doesn't have to answer to no one."
While Slim Shady is not impressed with Trump’s promise to make America great again, it is not exactly clear if he is supporting Trump’s archrival, Democrat presidential nominee Hillary Clinton.
Eminem new album
Mathers dropped his “Campaign Speech,” a few weeks before the Nov. 8 US election and a few days after his 44th birthday on Oct. 17. Apart from naming Trump, Eminem mentioned in his new song celebrities including Edward Norton, Chuck Norris, George Zimmerman, Trayvon Martin, Colin Kaepernick Robin Thicke, Stacey Dash, Casey Anthony, Dylann Roof, Prince, Ben Stiller, Vivica A. Fox, Christopher Reeve, Agatha Christie and Piper Chapman.
While “Campaign Speech” features clever rhymes on minimal beat, Eminem assured fans that he is working on his ninth studio album.
“Don’t worry, I’m working on an album. Here’s something meanwhile,” Mathers said when he released the track on social media. The audio track has so far earned 500,000 views after only seven hours of posting on YouTube.
