Eminem is considered the God of Rap after he recently released his first single from his newly released album "The Marshall Mathers LP 2" aptly titled "Rap God." His tenth studio album is garnering good reviews and the "Slim Shady" rapper is on his career's high after winning the "Artist of the Year" award at the YouTube Music Awards. So who does this rapper credit his success to? Who is his inspiration and motivation to get ahead in life?

Behind every successful man is a woman, it's not just an old saying but also stands true for most men. So Marshall Bruce Mathers III (Eminem's real name) is no exception. The rapper, who is wll known to make fun of every person from Britney Spears to his own wife, has one girl in his life who inspires him to get ahead and succeed and that is his elder daughter Hailie Scott.

"Hailie is ... whether she's with me or not she's with me every day ... she has been my main source of drive and motivation," Eminem told MTV way back in 2002.

"I think that really kicked me in the ass harder than anything was knowing that and, 'How am I going to raise her?'" he said. "She's always been the driving force for me to stay busy, stay focused and always been my number one reason for fear of failure."

Eminem was not a famous rapper when his daughter was born around 17 years ago and his immensely successful career kicked off only after her birth. Hailie was a powerful motivation for the "Slim Shady" rapper as he did not have any other choice but to be successful and raise his daughter.

"When I talk about her ... I talk about her a lot ... the truth is she's all I got in this world," he said. "If everything ended tomorrow, she's all that I have," the rapper said lovingly. And Hailley true has been an inspiration as the rapper has been on his career's high now.

"The Marshall Mathers LP2," which is released on Tuesday, is considered an arrival for Eminem and critics are expecting it to be the biggest-selling records. Though the album was leaked online six days early, the rapper says he is keen to let his fans hear his music anyway.

"I do get excited to make the music. Obviously, I'm not the type to say I'm so excited to hear my (profanity). Never been that kind of dude. But I am excited about making the music and I want people to hear it," Eminem said.
