While her divorce had just been finalized by the court in January though was made public in early February, it did not stop the ‘Desperate Housewives’ star, Eva Longoria to get cozy and intimate in public with new beau, Eduardo Cruz.

The 28-year old television actress said PopEater.com was seen locking lips with Cruz at Chateau Marmont. Katelyn Mullen of PopEater noted that the celebrity couple was oblivious of the onlookers enjoying their public display of affection.

This was not the first time for Longoria to be unmindful when with Cruz. PopEater said that she was first seen openly demonstrative of affection to her model boyfriend during a Superbowl party last month.

Longoria had finalized her divorce from French NBA starplayer, Tony Parker after three years of marriage. The separation came after Longoria discovered saucy text messages to the wife of a former Spurs teammate.
