The “Harry Potter” universe film franchise has come a long way since it first released “Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone” that introduced Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint to the film industry. Now the universe will be back in the big screen with Eddie Redmayne as the lead in “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.” Exclusive photos of the star has been recently released as fan service to those who are eagerly anticipating the project.

Entertainment Weekly has released 8 photos on their website that features Redmayne and other cast members in the set of the film. Some of the photos were lifted from actual scenes of the film while some provided behind-the-scenes shots on how the crew works with the actors and actresses on camera. Redmayne has a cover shot where he holds a wand as he clutches on his suitcase and is staring intently at the camera.

Costume designer Colleen Atwood who has worked with Tim Burton before is the in-charge for the wardrobe of the characters. The costumes and the look of the production has been custom fitted to the late 1920s era where the story of the film will be set. To match the circa, one fun tidbit is that non-American wizards at the time are not called ‘muggles.’ Instead, they are called ‘no-maj’ pronounced as ‘no-madge’, short for no magic.

The official synopsis of the film greets Redmayne’s character Newt Scamander in New York City where he meets Katherine Waterson’s Porpentina Goldstein. The story will revolve around Redmayne’s adventures as he researches and documents his findings while writing his legendary book of the same title, as seen in the previous “Harry Potter” instalment.

"Potterverse" veteran David Yates is directing the film and the screenplay is penned by J.K. Rowling.

“Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them” opens on November 18, 2016.
