‘Fifty Shades Darker’ movie spoilers: sequel is going to be deadly
“Fifty Shades Darker” is geared to hit theatres this year. Promotional videos for the sequel have been all over the Internet and the clips hint a deadly plot. The film’s newest trailer features a gun accompanied by a loud bang, which appears to indicate that Anastasia "Ana" Rose Steele’s (Dakota Johnson) life is at risk.
The new “Fifty Shades Darker” trailer, which features the song "I Don't Wanna Live Forever" by Zayn Malik and Taylor Swift, may be some sort of trickery, but it could also imply that someone would get hurt. It is most likely Steele who is in danger against the former lover of Christian Gray (Jamie Dornan).
Bella Heathcote has been picked to play Gray’s ex, Leila. Leila is described as the emotionally disturbed ex of the male lead character. She is seen in the trailer wearing baggy cargo jacket.
The new character is determined to ruin the hopes of Steele and Grey’s future according to the synopsis. It’s safe to say that Heathcote’s character will only complicate things between Steele and Gray.
The synopsis for “Fifty Shades Darker” explained that Grey tried to get Steele back in his life. The latter agreed but this time, they will have a new arrangement. There will be no more secrets and punishments.
The two have started to build trust and found stability. However, a person from Christian’s past will circle around them and her intention is to destroy them.
Heathcote is an Australian actress popularly known for her role as Amanda Fowler in “Neighbours.” She has also portrayed Victoria Winters in “Dark Shadows,” Jane Bennett in “Pride and Prejudice and Zombies” and Gigi in “The Neon Demon.” Fans will learn how her character will spice things up in “Fifty Shades Darker” when the film hits Australian theatres on Feb. 9.
