"30 Rock's" Katrina Bowden may have posed for a few men's magazine in just her lingerie. Yet, that isn't proof enough that Katrina is ready to bare more than that for the big screen. So for those wantng Katrina for the part of Anastasia Steele in "Fifty Shades of Grey," it's a no from Bowden. However, the 25-year old is interested in playing Ana's best friend, Kate Kavanagh.

Aside from sharing the same nickname, Katrina Bowden has got the looks for Kate Kavanagh pat down. The "30 Rock" star has undeniably got the rocking hot bod that is drool worthy and the blonde hair described in the books of author E.L. James.

"Playing Anastasia would be out of my comfort zone, but I could see myself playing her best friend," said Bowden in an interview with Enstarz.

Nonetheless, if Katrina doesn't nab the part of Kate, she'll still be there to watch the film on its opening night.

"I love the books, so no matter what, I'll be there when the movie opens," continued Bowden.

With the film set for release on August 1, 2014, casting for Kate Kavanagh and Elliot Grey should be underway any week from today. For now, a few fans are still rallying against the initial choices of Charlie Hunnam and Dakota Johnson for the parts of Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele respectively.

Hopefully, the production studio and E.L. James get casting right this time around for the part of Kate Kavanagh and Elliot Grey. Obviously, they need not look further for a suitable Kate Kavanagh because Katrina Bowden is all eyes and ears for the iconic part.
