With Ian Somerhalder officially out of the running for the part of Christian Grey in "Fifty Shades of Grey," a few of his leading ladies were left solo. In the case of Lucy Hale who had constantly been paired with Ian, the "Pretty Little Liar" star might find a suitable replacement in another Ian. Lucy's onscreen partner, Ian Harding, was eyed before for the part of Grey, so why not let both "Pretty Little Liars" stars be in the film adaptation?

Despite the announcement of a casting call, no official news of a cast was announced yet. Speculations over who would play Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele continued. One thing is for sure, the casting call is open to the public and anyone willing to try out for the parts should have a few qualifications. For the part of Grey, producers are looking for extremely good-looking men between the ages of 25 and 33. As for the part of Steele, producers are searching for very beautiful women between the ages of 20 and 25.

Even with the said qualifications, a few fans continued to root for their own favourites for the part of Grey and Steele. The latest includes "Pretty Little Liars" co-stars Lucy Hale and Ian Harding. Both Lucy and Ian were initially eyed for the role back in 2012. Also, long before Ian Harding was under the radar for the part, Lucy Hale started the commotion when she had tweeted a photo of her co-star along with the caption "Fifty Shades of Harding."

Needless to say, this definitely placed the onscreen couples under the scrutiny of fans making them strong candidates for the roles. In fact, quite a few webloids agreed with the pairing being in the film adaptation such as Mstarz. Would Ian Harding and Lucy Hale, indeed, make the perfect Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele?
