Robert Pattinson and the rest of the "Robsten" fans are still in shock over the cheating scandal that broke over web tabloids last week. So while Kristen Stewart is busy battling a few haters, Robert is mending his broken heart. Well, Pattinson, here are five sure quick ways to heal that bleeding heart.

Getting cheated on is the worst thing a loved one can do. Regretfully, for Pattinson who hated cheating had ironically become the victim of it from his girlfriend of three years, Kristen Stewart. The scandal has still left people, mostly "Twilight" fans, left with their mouths hanging open. Yet, enough of the tears and the bashing because right now, Pattinson needs all the support.

Healing a broken heart isn't necessarily easy but there are five sure steps to make it as bearable as possible. One is, cry it all out Pattinson. Grieve about the trust and relationship lost. Letting it all out makes it easier to move on.

Two, focus on family and friends. Robert Pattinson spent a lot of time with Kristen Stewart so now that it's all over, it's best for him to focus on the people he unintentionally forgot about - friends and family. Family and friends are the best support group ever. Even relationship expert Cooper Lawrence says so.

Send time with family," explains Cooper, adding, "Being with people who love and support you unconditionally is really important. They want to be there for you during the hard times.

Three, focus on work. Pattinson's career has already taken flight and it'll only be a matter of time before he's hailed as the next Brad Pitt of films. Yet, Pattinson did cancel his first ever post-break up appearance at the premiere of "Cosmopolis."

Four, get rid of everything that screams Kristen Stewart. Do away with the items Kristen Stewart gave and start fresh. Who would want the memory of a cheating tramp right in his face?

Last but not the least, be social. Robert has been shying away from friends and family when he should be surrounding himself with loving people. Relationship expert, Diana Falzone explains why.

"Be social," says Diana. "It's important for Rob to be out and about. He needs to remind himself that there is a life beyond his past relationship with Kristen," explained the expert.
