Katy Perry has always been known not just for her weird coloured hairstyles, funny antics and odd outfits. She has also made a difference with her extension eyelashes and of course the uniquely designed manicure polish!

Admit it. Katy Perry may not always have everyone agreeing with her choice of fashion but everyone seems to have the heart for this former rocker, Christian artist now turned pop star sensation. And of course, there's her bubbly and charming personality and all her catchy song compositions.

With her latest public appearance after the much talked about divorce with ex husband Russell Brand, she was seen sporting a French tipped design for her nails but with a blue tint that matches the new colour of her hair. The pop star was seen escorted by her best friend for the Give Love Charity Event right at The Mirage Hotel and Casino.

Over time, Perry has not shown any signs of fear at all in experimenting with her nails for she has tried out almost any possible nail art design there is. She has even once tried putting photo decals of her cat and Russell Brand on her nails. To join the celebration of the engagement of Kate Middleton and Prince William, she also had the couple's photo etched on each of her nails that time.

With all of these craze she started, she has been approached by a popular nail polish company to released her own line of polish designs with the Perry's Black Shatter as the most popular of all.
