Since 2011, Samsung has been releasing a Note phablet in September every year. The Galaxy Note 5 is expected to release in September. However, this year, Samsung may also release the Galaxy Note 5 Edge phablet. Fresh reports claim that the South Korean tech giant has already started working on the Galaxy Note 5, the Galaxy Note 5 Edge and the Galaxy S7.

According to ET News, a news portal from South Korea, Samsung has ordered 8 million flexible screen panels each month for its 2016 flagship, the Samsung Galaxy S7. It also reveals that the Galaxy Note 5 is expected to release later this year will come with flexible OLED screen.

As far as Galaxy Note 5 specs are concerned, early rumours suggest that its display would support 4K resolution on a large-sized 5.9-inch display. It is expected to come loaded with Exynos 7420 chipset backed up by 4 GB or higher amount of RAM. It is expected to come with 64 GB of internal storage. The external storage may support 128 GB of microSD.

The Galaxy Note 5 may come with a 20 MP primary camera and 5 MP selfie camera. It will be powered by a massive 4,000 mAh battery. It will come with security features such as fingerprint sensor and retina scanner. Even though the rumour world is talking about the speculated features of Galaxy Note 5, Samsung has not confirmed anything on it.

Another report from GSM Arena reveals that Samsung will be rolling out a dual-edge display variant for its Note phablet this year. As of this writing, it is not clear whether Samsung will launch two devices like the Galaxy S6 and the Galaxy S6 Edge or release a single model with the moniker the Galaxy Note 5 with a curved edge display screen.

Samsung has not yet confirmed anything on the above mentioned news as at the moment it is prepping up the launch of the Galaxy S6 and the Galaxy S6 Edge across the globe. However, even amidst the news of Galaxy S6 duos, the ET News reports that Samsung Galaxy S7 will come with a curved display screen.
