Game Releases for March 17-23: Gears of War: Judgment, Resident Evil 6 & Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate
March continues a week of strong game releases, this time with the spooky favorite Resident Evil 6 with an add-on crossover, Gears of War: Judgment, and Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate that features multiplayer modes for both the Wii U and Nintendo 3DS.
Gears of War: Judgment
Look forward to more action scenes and less chatting, as OXM.com reports that Gears of War: Judgment makes use of testimonies in order to transition from different narratives, as Baird and Cole take center stage in Epic Games' latest release.
But what has really gotten much talk about this game is its multiplayer mode, putting a new spin to how teamwork works in the Gears territory. Explore maps including Free-For-All, Gondola, and Library, and experience a new range of weapons (and a new way of commanding them).
Gears of War: Judgment is set to hit Xbox 360 on March 19. Amazon is offering pre-order bonuses that include the Classic Hammerburst weapon and a Young Dom character skin that you can use in multiplayer matches, reports Hawtwired.
Resident Evil 6 and Left 4 Dead 2 Crossover Content
Capcom has partnered with Valve for the PC content of Resident Evil 6. This time, gamers will find familiar characters as it will feature crossovers from Left 4 Dead 2 for the PC content according to IGN.
Resident Evil 6 PC release will let you take on Ellis, Rochelle, Coach, or Nick, along with a free PC-exclusive content The Mercenaries No Mercy mode.
Resident Evil 6 will be available for US download on March 22, while Europe will get both the download and retail disc option on the same date. But the Left 4 Dead 2 content will be out on April 5.
For the best gaming experience, SlashGear reports that your PC should have at least an Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4GHz processor, an NVIDIA GeForce 8800GTS, 2 GB of RAM, and 16GB of hard drive space.
Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate
Capcom's latest installment of Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate comes strong with better effects, customized HUD interface, a string of monsters and equipment, as well as better graphics, reports Cubed3.
What's more, Polygon reports that the game will be released to the Wii U and Nintendo 3DS, and allows for multiplayer local gameplay for both devices.
Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate is slated for release on March 19 for North America and March 22 for Europe.
