After the awesome season finale of "Game of Thrones" season two. It's time now for the excruciating months of waiting for the season three. Fortunately, the producers have given their viewers something to look forward to for the next season.

The EW.com released a list of characters that should be anticipated for "Game of Thrones" Season 3. But the question is, what are you going to expect from them? Who will likely be the actors to play these roles? Well as we try to keep spoilers at bay and also while there are no confirmed actors and actresses to join the cast, here are top five characters for the next season of "Game of Thrones" that fans should watch out for.

Mance Rayder - In case you have missed him, the Wildling King has almost been mentioned throughout the season. Mance Rayder will appear on the succeeding novels and will play as a major character.

Daario Naharis - Obviously Daenerys doesn't have enough handsome men to surround her. And while others might be wishing for her dragons to cross the narrow sea, she will be facing off against this new warrior. Whether love or hate sprout out of the two, nothing is sure yet.

Lady Selyse Florent and Shireen Baratheon - Stannis Baratheon is actually married to sickly wife Lady Selyse Florent. Is there going to be confrontation between Lady Selyse and Melisandre, the witch who seduced Stannis? Shireen Baratheon's character however has been confirmed to be played by Kerry Ingram. We just have to wait for the rest.

Jojen and Meera Reed - The brother and sister that posses the gift of prophetic dreams. However, Benioff said that the script for the siblings hasn't been written out yet. But the two are set to appear on the third season for sure.

Brynden Tully a.ka. The Blackfish - A respected knight and commander, lets see how his character will affect those around him. He is the uncle of Catelyn Tully. After his niece Catelyn asks for his assistance, he will help win the battle against the Lannnisters.
