'Game of Thrones' Season 6 episode 6 pictures released; Jon Snow's real parents may be finally revealed
Pictures of episode 6 of “Game of Thrones” Season 6 have surfaced online, showing the fans what to expect next. There is going to be another flashback sequence this week and Robert Aramayo will be reprising his role as the Young Ned Star, suggesting that the real parents of Jon Snow may finally be revealed.
[Spoiler alert]
A set of pictures from the next episode have been posted on Miss Malini. The pictures show Arya Stark (Maisie Williams) back in her regular clothes and on the streets of Braavos. She may be there watching another play about the Lannisters.
Perhaps the biggest event in the episode is the rescue attempt of Margaery Tyrell (Natalie Dormer). Jaime (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) will take a few Tyrell soldiers to rescue the queen. There could be some violence involved, as Loras (Finn Jones) can be seen standing firm with a weapon in hand.
The confrontation between the religious fanatics and the Tyrell forces appears to be after a meeting between Tommen (Dean-Charles Chapman) and the High Sparrow (Jonathan Pryce). The King may make one last effort to make his wife’s captors see reason in the next episode of “Game of Thrones” Season 6.
Daenerys (Emilia Clarke) on the other hand will lead her forces to Meereen. This could be the time when she will get to see Drogon again, as seen in the trailers of the TV series.
Meanwhile, Aramayo previously confirmed that he will be reprising his role in episode 6. Since the last time the character was seen at the gates of Tower of Joy, it can be expected that the next episode will show him enter the chamber where his sister was staying. Many fans suspect that this will be the scene where Ned’s sister will tell him to take care of his son Jon Snow (Kit Harington) and never reveal this secret to anyone.
“Game of Thrones” Season 6 episode 6 is titled “Blood of My Blood.” According to the official synopsis, “an old foe” will return, Arya will face a difficult choice and Gilly (Hannah Murray) will meet Sam’s (John Bradley) family.
