'Game of Thrones' Season 7: Leaked scene description; Jon Snow makes a move
A leaked scene description of “Game of Thrones” Season 7 involving a few major characters has surfaced online. Characters who have never met before will cross paths in the next season, and one character who hasn’t been seen in a long time will return.
[Spoiler alert]
According to a report by Watchers on the Wall, a scene that was filmed recently involved Peter Dinklage (Tyrion Lannister), Liam Cunningham (Davos Seaworth) and Joe Dempsie (Gendry). The three characters are escaping two Gold Cloaks, who are a part of Cersei’s (Lena Headey) army.
Davos attempts to bribe the Gold Cloaks with crabs, which he says are aphrodisiac. The offer doesn’t work and eventually Gendry has to strike the soldiers with his new warhammer that is marked with House Baratheon stag sigil. Readers should note that his father Robert (Mark Addy) also preferred a warhammer.
Leaked pictures from the production set reveal that Davos and Jon Snow (Kit Harington) are no longer in the north in “Game of Thrones” Season 7. They appear to have travelled south to Dragonstone to meet with Daenerys Targrayen (Emilia Clarke).
More details about the leaked scene description have been posted in another report by Watchers on the Wall. According to the report, the scene involves Davos and Gendry preparing to leave in a boat when the two Gold Cloaks arrive. Davos manages to convince them that they have nothing in the boat, so the two Lannister soldiers leave. The soldiers return when they spot Tyrion, and that is when Gendry strikes them with his warhammer.
Pictures of Harington and Cunningham in their costume show them having a conversation, while Dothraki soldiers stand guard in the background. This suggests that Jon Snow and Daenerys will forge an alliance against Cersei in the next season.
Nathalie Emmanuel (Missandei) was spotted in her black costume on the set, teasing the dark nature of “Game of Thrones” Season 7 for her character and for Daenerys. Clarke however was not spotted on the set.
