'Game of Thrones’ Season 7: A new love interest in the north; Filming at Roman Ruins of Italica
A new theory about “Game of Thrones” Season 7 suggests that there will be a new love interest for one of the main characters in the north. The speculation is based on a leaked photo from the set that shows a new character. Meanwhile, filming is about to begin at the Roman Ruins of Italica in Spain.
[Spoiler alert]
After pictures of actress Megan Parkison leaked from the production set, many believed that she was playing Sansa Stark’s (Sophie Turner) double. However, Watchers on the Wall reports that she may be playing a new character on the show.
The report notes that the costume of the character, which includes a sword, does look like something that Sansa would wear, but it is very unlikely. As to which new character she will be playing, the report points to a casting call that talked about a 16-year-old Northern girl for a “high-stakes scene” with the main characters.
As Parkinson was spotted with Kit Harington (Jon Snow), Gwendoline Christie (Brienne of Tarth) and Liam Cunningham (Davos) on the sets of “Game of Thrones” Season 7, it is possible that the new actress could be playing the role of the Northern girl mentioned in the casting call previously.
Meanwhile, Los Siete Reinos has shared pictures from the production set at Roman Ruins of Italica in Spain. The production crew is getting the set ready for what many believe to be scenes involving the Dragon Pit in King’s Landing. With Daenerys (Emilia Calrke) back in Westeros, she may use the pit to keep her dragons.
Clarke is busy filming her scenes for “Game of Thrones” Season 7 in Northern Ireland. She recently shared a video on social media, showing fans how windy it can get in that country. The actress joked that the winds were so strong that she fell over.
