'General Hospital' spoilers for Jan 17, 2017: Olivia Jerome returns from the dead; Anna’s memories become clearer

In the Jan. 17, 2017 episode “General Hospital,” Olivia Jerome (Tonja Walker) will come back after she was allegedly killed by her own brother, Julian (William deVry). Anna’s (Finola Hughes) memories will also get better, providing her with clearer details about her past.

Previously in “General Hospital,” Rudge (David S. Lee) ordered Julian to kill Jason (Billy Miller). However, Julian will refuse to follow the hit order and decide to protect the supposed victim instead. Nelle was having second thoughts (Chloe Lanier). Sonny (Maurice Benard) confessed his sins.

SheKnowsSoaps revealed that on Tuesday’s episode, January 17, Anna’s memories will become clearer. She will remember more details about her encounter. Julian will be threatened by someone close to him. The feeling will be very familiar, and is most likely related to his returning sister, Olivia, whom he thought he successfully killed. Olivia will have a brand new appearance and play the role of a new mob boss. Meanwhile, Jordan (Vinessa Antoine) will not follow Andre’s (Anthony Montgomery) wishes.

Aside from Olivia’s return from death, Jason and Sam (Kelly Monaco) will rush to the hospital for their baby. The couple may fail to attend Nathan (Ryan Paevey) and Maxie’s (Kirsten Storms) wedding as they tend to their baby on the way to the celebration. It remains uncertain whether their child will survive.

Later in the week, Lulu (Emme Rylan) will try to get closer to Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez). Griffin (Matt Cohen) will try his best to counter the accusations hurled against him to hopefully clear his name. Julian will deal with his fears and probably face his sister. Will Olivia forgive her brother for trying to murder her?

Anna will unveil an important memory. Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) will offer some comfort to Lulu. The two will share an intimate moment together. Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) will reveal his true colors and he may admit something to Anna.

“General Hospital” airs on weekdays on ABC Daytime. “General Hospital” will not air on Friday, January 20. Instead, the network will air the 2017 Presidential Inauguration of Donald Trump. More updates and details are expected soon.
