George Clooney Does Not Email His Wife Amal Clooney As He Signs His Emails As 'Batman' And 'Danny Ocean'
George Clooney prefers to call his wife Amal Clooney on phone rather than email her, it has been revealed. The “Oceans Eleven” actor reportedly uses names from his film's role as his signature on his emails. Some of the favourite characters that he adopted for signature are “Batman” and “Danny Ocean,” a publication has revealed.
“He signs emails to friends with a simple ‘Danny Ocean’ and he loves leaving voicemails saying, ‘This is Batman,’” a source close to Clooney told US Weekly. The 53-year-old actor reportedly “gets a kick out of the fact that he played Batman” and is also “proud” of all the roles he has played till now. However, Clooney's email account batmansenior@mac.com got hacked during WikiLeaks and the actor was reluctant to create a new account.
After waiting for many years, the actor created his email account in 2000 and it too was inspired by his “O Brother, Where Art Thou?” character Everett McGill! But Clooney never trusted his email account's privacy and was “always worried about people finding a way to access his information.” For the privacy concerns, Clooney prefers to call his wife on phone than email her from her “Batman” and “Danny Ocean” accounts.
“He loves hearing her voice!” added the source. There is speculation in the media that Clooney and his wife Amal are planning to start a family soon. A source close to the couple revealed to OK magazine that Clooney finds Amal as a “perfect” woman who has changed his perception about kids. The source also adds that Clooney is “ready for fatherhood” now as they “don’t want to be too old to enjoy parenthood!”
Meanwhile, Amal also visited him on the sets of his film “Money Monster.” The actor is currently shooting the film in New York city. In the film, Clooney plays the role of one Lee Gates, who is held as a hostage. The actor wore a jacket that had fake bombs installed on it. Other actors who star in the film include his “Oceans Eleven” co-star Julia Roberts and Jack O’Connell.
