Emma Watson might have been absent at the Golden Globes 2013 but it sure didn't feel like she felt left out of the action. The "Perks of a Wallflower" star had in fact been quite active on the social networking site, Twitter when the show had started. What did Emma Watson have to say about the Golden Globes 2013?

"Hunger Games" star, Jennifer Lawrence was present during the 70th Golden Globe Awards held in Beverly Hills, California. Another star, Robert Pattinson, of the renowned film franchise, "Twilight," also made it to attendance. Checking the list of stars of famous book to film adaptations, it was obvious "Harry Potter" wasn't represented.

Thankfully, even without being "physically" present during the awards night, "Harry Potter" star, Emma Watson made sure to tune in to the show. Sure as heck, Emma had even kept her eye on the winners and had announced her delight of every win and iconic moment on her Twitter account.

Fans know that "Girls" won the award for Best TV Comedy or Musical. Emma Watson was quite happy about the win that she tweeted all about it to her lovely followers.

"Girls, Baked Beans on toast and the Golden Globes. Happy happy happy," stated Emma's first tweet about the Golden Globes.

Next up, British winners, Adele and Damian Lewis nabbed a few awards of which Emma was of course once again happy about.

"LOVE Adele and Damian Lewis. Yay Brits! #goldenglobes," said Emma.

Obviously, Emma is a big fan of American action star, Kevin Costner, judging from her tweet that goes, "O lord Kevin Coster is walking to the stage ... #goldenglobes."

Apart from being a big fan of Costner, Emma's a big Maggie Smith fan. When the award for Best Supporting Actress in a TV Show, Miniseries or TV Movie was announced, Emma had immediately tweeted her glee for Maggie Smith's big win.

"O and Maggie! Maggie Smith won!! #goldenglobes #killingit!" stated Emma on Twitter.

Hopefully, Emma Watson can make it to next year's Golden Globe Awards and be nominated for an award by then as well. As for other Watson related news, the film "Bling Ring" which stars Emma is set for a June premiere according to MTV.

Watson might have requested for the role from Director Sofia Coppola herself but Emma says the role is entirely different from what she's used to.

"This is how much I hate myself in the movie: I don't think I'm going to be able to watch it. I hate myself," said Emma in an interview with MTV.

Given Emma's impressive fan base, a bad role or good role won't make her fans hate or love her any less.
