As the hype builds up for the rumoured Google Nexus 6, words spread anew that the new smart Android phone will come at a very competitive cost of less than $400 during its October/November release date. This translates to $425 in Australia.

The Guardianlv.com cited that the pricing for Google's next Nexus flagship phone will most likely retain the price tag of its predecessor phone Google Nexus 5. Here are five fresh features to unpack on Google Nexus 6 when it hits the market on its rumoured release date.

Updated Android L OS

According to Know Your Mobile, the Nexus 6 will probably be the first Android smart phone in the Google line up to carry one of Google's most significant update in the mobile platform operating system. With the rumoured Google L update, smart phone users will be able to unpack new key elements in the operating system. Some of the elements mentioned in the Web site which are still at the developers' disposal are material design, enhanced notification, project Volta, BLE Peripheral Mode, gaming, Android run time, 64-bit support, and advanced camera capabilities.

Sharp Camera

Phones Review cited that Google Nexus 6 will most likely sport a 12-megapixel rear facing camera and a 5-megapixel front facing camera. Given this sharp camera specs, smart phone users who are fond of taking selfies and photos will expect to have many hours of picture taking sessions.

Large Display

While reports from various Web sites conflicts on the specific display size as to 5-inch, 5.5-inch or 5.-inch, it is still in the 5 inch line which means that Nexus 6's screen is large enough for smart phone users to clearly see the contents displayed on the smart phone screens.

Fingerprint Scanner

Know Your Mobile also cited that Google is in advance talk with Asian suppliers of fingerprint sensors which hinted that the company is ready to take on the touch ID sensor that Apple has for its iPhone series into the much rumoured Nexus 6 smart phone.

Powerful Processors

According to the specs listed in the NewNexus6.com, the upcoming Google Nexus 6 will be powered by Octa Core processor clocked at 2.5 GHz but Know Your Mobile stated the processor will be either the octa-core MT6752 SoC clocked at 2.0GHz or the quad-core MT6732 64-bit chip clocked at 1.5GHz. While the specific details still have slight differences, the different Web sites aligned in reporting that the Nexus 6 smart phone will have 64-bit chipset and 3 GB+ of RAM which are powerful enough.

It remains to be seen though whether the features mentioned above will ended come out upon the release of Google Nexus 6 in the market. But with the rumoured release date happening around October/November this year, smart phone users will just have to wait for a few more months.
