Grammy Award Winner Adele Opens Up on Vogue
The 54th Grammy Awards took place last night where one of the biggest winners of the night wowed the crowd not only with six out of six wins but with a standing ovation worthy comeback stage performance.
The UK singer is taking the world my storm but for those who have no idea who the "Rolling in the Deep" singer is, Adele opens up a lot about herself on the newest issue of Vogue magazine.
She's got the blonde windswept look, pouty lips and amazing tantalizing eyes, but her outer beauty isn't the only reason why she's got a lot of people hooked. Having not been content with selling over 17 million albums worldwide, winning a whopping six Grammy awards and getting a standing ovation from her Grammy performance, Adele now takes over the prestigious fashion magazine, Vogue.
Karl Lagerfield should best be preparing that public apology now.
So now that she's over and done with the throat surgery issues and doing well alright with her current wins, does this mean she's in the works for another break up album that will win her another clean sweep at the next Grammy awards?
Surprisingly, Adele answers no.
"Come on! I'm wifey material!" said the singer.
"I'm great. No one's got to be brave. It's not like, 'You f*** me over and I'm going to write a record and make you the most hated man in the world.' I am never writing a breakup record again, by the way. I'm done with being a bitter witch."
So would this mean that she'll be making a perkier album instead? Adele did mention something about a certain someone who was definitely "proud" of her. Would this refer to the 37-year old Simon Konecki, a charity CEO who accompanied the lovely Adele to last night's Grammy Awards?
Speaking of the Grammy Awards, Adele rocked the red carpet with her '50s glam look that put Katy Perry, Nicki Minaj and Lady Gaga's outfits to shame. Despite looking great on the red carpet, the sensational siren shares she's not much of a fan of such gatherings.
"I hate the red carpet," said Adele.
"I don't feel insecure, I just feel like, Oh, I don't want to do this. I literally get a stomach cramp. At the VMA's last year I felt really out of my comfort zone because there were so many superstars there. But that's been the case from day one. I never feel like, Oh, yeah, I should be here. And I was missing my best friend's hen night. So I was a bit bitter that I wasn't there, to be perfectly honest." says the singer.
