“Grey's Anatomy” Season 12, Episode 11 airs this Thursday, Feb. 25, on ABC. This week's new episode is called “Unbreak My Heart.” The ABC synopsis states the medical drama will revisit how love grew between Jackson (Jesse Williams) and April (Sarah Drew). Meanwhile, Camilla Luddington is celebrating with fans over a sweet Jolex scene in the previous episode.

What happens in the Feb. 25 episode? The ABC synopsis of “Grey's Anatomy” Season 12, Episode 11 prepares the viewers for flashbacks on the love story of Jackson and April. Known to avid fans as Japril, the couple appears to have reached the end of their marriage. Jackson has filed for divorce, but April is not willing to sign the papers.

Do Williams and Drew get along in real life? On his Instagram account, Jesse Williams teased fans with a 'twofie' photo featuring his on-screen wife, Sarah Drew. The photo got nearly ninety thousand 'likes' in 24 hours' time, implying the strong fan base of the Japril duo. Despite their rocky relationship on-screen, the actor and actress portraying Japril seem to be enjoying themselves behind the scenes. Will Jackson and April find their way back to where they started – back when they were just friends, and he was protecting her from Alex Karev (Justin Chambers)?

What's next for Jolex? Meanwhile, Camilla Luddington joined the “Grey's Anatomy” fans a week ago on Twitter, live tweeting her reactions to Greys 12x10 “All I Want Is You.” The actress playing Jo Wilson used happy emojis to punctuate how she felt when Jo and Alex finally kissed in the final moments of the episode.

Are things finally truly okay between Jo and Karev again? If so, it would be a real progress for the series, because it would allow creator Shonda Rhimes and the writer to further expand the characters' stories without overdwelling in 'will they or won't they' storyline.

What is the story between Riggs and Hunt's sister? The characters that made solid progress in the previous episode are Owen Hunt (Kevin McKidd) and Amelia Shepherd (Caterina Scorsone). Hunt has finally let Amelia in, telling her that Nathan Riggs (Martin Henderson) could have saved his sister, but he failed. Despite the lack of clarity in the full story, Amelia expressed sympathy and encouraged Hunt to forgive. The Riggs and Hunt storyline could advance further in “Grey's Anatomy” Season 12, Episode 11. The two impressed Amelia, April and Bailey (Chandra Wilson) when they worked together in the O.R. Amelia said it was like watching a ballet number. After the surgery, however, the two went back to an aggressive shouting match.

Is it truly over for Calzona? Callie (Sara Ramirez) and Penny (Samantha Sloyan) have also kissed and made up, leaving the Calzona fans disappointed, because they want to see more of Arizona Robbins (Jessica Capshaw). The Calzona ship, however, seems to have sailed. Capshaw being pregnant in real life may be the reason why she has fewer scenes in recent “Grey's Anatomy” episode. It may take some time before Robbins gets back to the frontline of drama.

Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo) remains the center of the series, but the characters in her world are also having a lot on their plate. Viewers still have a lot of reason to tune in despite the death of Mer's husband, Derek Shepherd (Patrick Dempsey).
