GTA 5 Reveals Preorder Privileges and Next-gen Plans, Angry Birds Star Wars Detailed, Beyond: Two Souls MP and Phone
It's down to less than a month of waiting for Grand Theft Auto 5, but for those who haven't preordered the game yet, PlayStation Network is holding a sweet deal that should be enough to push you to buy.
Any preorders of the Day 1 Digital version of GTA 5 will give you access to a few in-game bonuses, like the Atomic Blimp, which is the same offer for the physical Standard Edition copy.
In a press release cited by Joystiq, it was reported that those who will preorder the Day 1 Digital can get 75% off any Rockstar full game title sold on the PlayStation Network, as well as a PS3 theme, all in.
GTA 5 is an anticipated game that's fit only for adults, as a report of very adult content and scenes have already been revealed by the ESRB. In a report from Videogamer, among the adult themes that you will encounter include gore, violence, mature humour, nudity and sexual content, a lot of drugs, and even necrophilia for a moment.
Of course, that's to be expected of GTA 5--after all, without these mature themes milling around in the game, you just don't have a Grand Theft Auto game in your hands. check out the official gameplay video for GTA Online.
As for the next-gen plans, it seems like a PS4 and Xbox One version is a standard expectation. While developer Rockstar Games hasn't given any definitive answer regarding the next-gen versions, it seems like they are still holding out some hope for fans as they will be experimenting on what the future will bring, perhaps using the current-gen platforms as a ground to experiment on.
Angry Birds Star Wars features multiplayer
Rovio's hit game is now going the Star Wars route, a game that is slated for launch on consoles and handhelds.
In the recently released multiplayer video, you can see that it features two to four player competitive modes and a 2-player co-operative mode. The game is set to launch come October 29 in the U.S. and November 1 worldwide on the PS3, Xbox 360, PS Vita, Nintendo 3DS, Wii, and Wii U, reports IGN.
Besides the Star Wars version, Rovio is also teasing the Angry Birds Go! In the official Twitter account, Angry Birds has been teasing Angry Birds Go, asking the fans what they think the new game will be.
"#AngryBirdsGo!--an endless runner or a kart racer?"
Fans have been speculating via the poll, with more people wanting it to be a kart game, as Angry Birds had commented, "Looks like a lot of you really want #AngryBirdsGo to be a kart racer. Stay tuned."
As far as the number of respondents of the poll, Angry Birds commented, "Over 8,000 of you have already responded, with 50.42% expecting #AngryBirdsGo! to be a kart racer!"

Touch control for Beyond: Two Souls with smartphone
A lot of games today are featuring smartphones as an accessory for the game, such as Battlefield 4, Call of Duty: Ghosts, and Watch Dogs, among others. But for the most part, these smartphone apps are more of enhancers that gameplay support for the actual battle.
With Beyond: Two Souls, the PS3 exclusive game, the smarphone or tablet accessory lets you take control of another character in the game.
Polygon reports that the Dual Mode here lets you take on Aiden, the supernatural identity tied to Jodie, as announced at Gamescom.
For the single-player mode, the player can switch between Jodie and Aiden, but those in Dual Mode will have a second player controlling Aiden. But according to the report, this doesn't mean simultaneous play but rather a tag-team of sorts, for when you pass the control of the game from one person to another.
The app will be available for iOS or Android, and can be played with via phone, tablet, or controller. Enjoy the Dual Mode once the game is released on October 8 for the PS3.
