The world has seen Emma Watson grow up from the Muggle-born, bushy-haired witch on "Harry Potter" to Lancôme's lovely new face. Her hair has also been part of the exceptional change since the end of the worldwide wizardly phenomena, "Harry Potter".

Emma had cut her long brown locks into a pixie cut which believe it or not had sparked Lesbian rumors about the actress.

It wouldn't be so hard to fathom that people would have actually thought that the pretty and charming, Emma Watson used her drastic haircut to announce that she was Lesbian. In an interview with a British newspaper, The Independent, Emma was hounded by questions regarding her sexuality simply because she had chopped off her hair.

"I had journalists asking me if this meant I was coming out, if I was a lesbian now," shares the 21-year old.

"That haircut did make me realize how subjective everyone's opinion is. Some people were crazy for it and some people just thought I'd lost my sh*t."

Though it's quite obvious that even with or without the haircut that Emma Watson is nowhere near becoming a Lesbian.

In fact, the actress is romantically linked to her co-star, Johnny Simmons, in her highly anticipated post-Hogwarts film, "Perks of being a Wallflower" which is proof enough that despite the pixie cut, Emma is very much attractive to individuals of the opposite sex.

Her pixie cut not only proved to become a big change in her appearance but as Emma says it was a bold move that boosted her self-confidence.

"I think it's made me more bold, there's no way to hide when you have short hair," shared Watson.

"As I've got older, and since I cut all my hair off, I've felt a bit more liberated about trying different things out."

The actress had done the haircut justice because there are only a few Hollywood celebrities that can pull of a bold, short and sexy cut. Emma Watson joins the ranks of stunning actresses with short hair namely Michelle Williams and Halle Berry.

Now that the rumors about her sexuality are all cleared up, what's next for the British actress?

Despite her fame in the "Harry Potter" films, Emma Watson remains grounded and opted to continue her education. She's currently enrolled at the Oxford University while handling Lancôme commercials and filming her innumerable movie projects. As for what she's learned from the experience of chopping off her hair?

"All I can do is follow my instincts because I'll never please everyone," says Emma.
