Is this the latest new couple alert in Tinsel town? Katie Holmes must be feeling like Miley Cyrus when she grabbed Jamie Foxx’s arm and made their way to the dance floor to the tune of yes, Robin Thicke, summer hit and now infamous, “Blurred Lines.” The move, which, apparently not just Miley’s, gave away the budding romance between Katie and Jamie.

The rumoured newest Hollywood couple had reportedly braved the crowd, mostly fellow celebrities at the Hamptons party over the weekend, unable to hide the affection they have for each other.

Could they be really? Though it should not come as a surprise that they hooked up in recent weeks. They have been best friends for long before they get romantically involved. That is, if the rumours are true.

Jamie and Katie took the floor during the 4th Annual Apollo in The Hamptons Benefit held in East Hampton, New York last Saturday, Aug. 24.

Citing testimonies by onlookers, RadarOnline said Katie reportedly grabbed Jamie’s arms and took the floor. There were a number of photos that had emerged online with the two getting cozy. One showed Katie’s arms in Jamie while the other had Katie’s left arms in Jamie’s left shoulders.

Katie indeed is looking good, like any woman in love, looking gorgeous at the event. And she’s noticeably thinner with the rumoured new man in her life. And she looks happy.

This was attested in a separate report by The New York Post which claimed that Suri’s mom was overheard as saying, “I haven’t had such a good time in so long,” noted RadarOnline.

Multiple reports that came after her remarks noted that they “don’t doubt” her new-found happiness. Katie finalized divorce from Oblivion star, Tom Cruise, just weeks after she filed from New York in 2012.

The Posts, claimed The Herald Sun , insisted that Jamie and Katie are indeed just “good old friends.” But urban blog, Diary of a Hollywood Street King, attested that the newest Hollywood romance has been going on for “few months.”

Entertainmentwise.com said in a separate report that Katie fears meeting someone new after her failed marriage with Tom Cruise.

“Katie's in a dilemna, because she wants to date but is concerned where it could lead to from there," an unidentified source was quoted as saying by the entertainment site.
