‘Home and Away’ spoilers for Aug 25: A delirious Brody puts his life on the line; Nate and Duncan hide something from Tori

A somber mood hounds Summer Bay on the upcoming episode of “Home and Away.” On Thursday, Justin (James Stewart) is extremely relieved after finding Tori Morgan (Penny McNamee), Duncan Stewart (Benedict Wall) and Nate Cooper (Kyle Pryor). However, their nightmare is not over yet as they realise that Brody Morgan (Jackson Heywood), who has been missing since the plane crash, is in a dangerous condition.

Meanwhile, Matt Page (Alec Snow) finds himself in a tricky spot with an intruder, while Roo Stewart (Georgie Parker) finds out what he’s been hiding. Other “Home and Away” cast members who will also appear on the upcoming installment include Alf Stewart (Ray Meagher), Mason Morgan (Orpheus Pledger), Olivia Richards (Raechelle Banno) and Hunter King (Scott Lee).

“Home and Away” also stars Billie Ashford (Tessa De Josselin), VJ Patterson (Matthew Little), Leah Patterson-Baker (Ada Nicodemou), Evelyn “Evie” MacGuire’s (Philippa Northeast), Irene Roberts (Lynne McGranger), Zac Macguire (Charlie Clausen), Katarina Chapman (Pia Miller), Martin “Ash” Ashford (George Mason) and Phoebe Nicholson (Isabella Giovinazzo), Chris Harrington (Johnny Ruffo), John Palmer (Shane Withington) and Marilyn Chambers (Emily Symons).

Back to the Bay reports that Matt encounters an intruder, while Tori’s desperate attempts to rescue Brody jeopardises everyone. Elsewhere, Olivia and Hunter may finally discover Tabitha’s lying ways.

Also, Brody remains to be missing. Meanwhile, a distraught Alf pours his heart out for his son through a letter. Roo, on the other hand, finds out Matt’s secret.

Seven Network posted a sneak peek of the Aug.25 episode. In the trailer, Nate tells Duncan that Tori is not thinking straight. The doctor says that the rational thing to do is to head back to the crash site, but Duncan reckons Tori won’t agree. Nate tries to convince Duncan to keep their plan a secret from her.

Justin is stoked after finally finding Tori and the others. However, they are horrified to discover Brody’s pieces of clothing. Nate believes Brody is delirious. Later, they find Brody dangerously standing on top of a cliff. Tori screams for his brother’s name as Justin worriedly looks on.

“Home and Away” recap

On Wednesday, Leah, Billie, Irene, Evie and Mason reel from the plane’s explosion. While everyone survived, Billie’s situation seemed to be worse. Shortly after, they heard a helicopter hovering above them. They all screamed and jumped around to be seen, and were ecstatic when they finally got rescued. They were brought straight to the hospital to be checked.

The families of the plane crash victims rejoiced after hearing about the rescue. However, Alf and Justin were disheartened when Irene told them that Brody was missing and Duncan, Nate and Tori headed off to search for him. Justin could not believe that nobody has seen Brody alive since the crash.

At Mason’s room, Justin told his brother about the whole story and how he knew about the plane. Mason apologised for avoiding his calls. Refusing to sit down and wait, Justin headed out to a solo rescue mission. Alf, on the other hand, was wrought with worry about his son. Roo assured him, saying that Duncan’s a fighter. Alf regretted fighting with Duncan ever since he came home. He feared that he won’t have a chance to fix their relationship. He and Roo became tearful at the thought of him and the others and their low chances of survival.

Meanwhile, an emotional reunion occurred among Leah, Billie, VJ and Zac. VJ went to check in on Billie, who was worried sick about her baby. “It’s not moving… I’m scared,” Billie cried. VJ comforted her and assured her that he’s there for her. Later, the doctor tested for the baby’s heartbeat. There was a moment of panic when they couldn’t hear anything, but soon enough, they were relieved to hear it loud and clear. Billie was overjoyed, and so were VJ and Ash. When they had the chance to talk, Billie showed her appreciation to Leah for looking after her through their whole ordeal. VJ was also extremely thankful to his mum for being there with his girlfriend.
