'Home and Away' recap
In the previous episode, the tension between Nate and Riley was growing until Tori arrived. She asked what’s going on and the two gentlemen said it’s just a misunderstanding. Once alone with Nate, Tori revealed that she heard his last message. She asked what he wants from her. Nate admitted that he wants to be with her, but it doesn’t matter because Riley is determined to win her back.
Tori confronted Riley and told him she’s never going back together with him again. Riley apologised for cheating on her and said that he has always loved her, making her feel confused. Afterwards, Tori approached Nate again and told him she needed some time to think. Meanwhile, Justin blew his top when Mason casually mentioned that Riley’s in town. Justin immediately headed to the hospital to confront Riley, threatening him to stay away from Tori. Riley explained his side and promised to prove that he has changed. Justin didn’t look convinced and ordered Riley to leave town. At home, Tori confided in on Brody, telling him that when she saw Riley again, all the old feelings came flooding back. Later, Justin and Tori argued about her ex-boyfriend. She defended that it has been eight years since what happened while he argued that if Tori’s thinking of giving someone another chance, it should be Nate.
Alf and Irene visited Marilyn at the hospital. He promised that they’ll get the person who started the fires. When Marilyn asked him to clarify, Alf revealed that the bushfire at the festival wasn’t an accident but arson. Meanwhile, Evie offered to help track down the culprit, feeling partly responsible because she organised the festival. The two women went through the list, trying to zero in on a suspect. Kat begun to suspect Hunter, who had a history with arson, but Evie doubted he did it.
