"Home and Away" recap
On Tuesday, Mason’s girlfriend, Lara, came in for a visit. She wondered what the mystery and secret are all about. Mason told her it’s just something that his family has to deal with. The two kissed. When Justin arrived and saw them, he was absolutely furious. Justin lashed at Mason for telling Lara where they live, and ordered him to kick Lara out. Later, Mason told Justin he brought Lara to the bus but they won’t stop seeing each other. Justin went to the bus stop and told Lara to break up with his brother.
At Angelo’s Phoebe was frazzled to learn that the chef walked out. Without a chef, Phoebe was forced to just serve pizza to the customers. Brody arrived, ordered the pizza and again criticised the food. He offered to step in and help. Later, Matt and John came by and told Phoebe that Alf’s doing much better. Justin arrived and everyone praised him for being a hero and saving Alf. Justin was surprised to see Brody there. Phoebe said Brody is her hero and saved her butt. She also offered Brody a job as chef and he accepted.
Justin swam across the sea to get help while Alf was left on the boat writhing in pain. Justin finally reached shore, saw Phoebe and borrowed her phone. The next scene showed Nate reviving Alf. Nate assured him that he did the right thing. Later, Roo, John and Matt arrived at the hospital and Nate informed them that Alf suffered a major heart attack and that he’ll undergo surgery to save his life. After the procedure, Nate assured them that Alf’s stable but he’s not out of the woods yet. A moment later, Nate shared the good news that based on his test results, Alf did not suffer any major damage. Roo came in to see him, and the two had an emotional moment. She stayed to look after Alf the whole night. When he woke up, they had a brief talk but was cut off when Alf suddenly lost consciousness. Roo screamed for help.
