Back to the Bay reports that Phoebe finally comes to terms about where she stands with Dom. Meanwhile, Tori’s brothers start invading Summer Bay and rub Ash the wrong way. Elsewhere, Andy’s move turns the tide in the Charlotte King case.
Seven Network posted a sneak peek for tonight’s episode. In the preview video, Andy is grilled in the interrogation room for owning up to two murders. Meanwhile, Kat lashes at Josh for letting his brother confess about his crime. “Andy faces an extra 20 years in prison for a crime you committed,” she tells Josh. “Are you prepared to live with that?” Evie, however, tries to convince her otherwise. “Last night I thought I was going to lose you forever. And now there’s a chance I don’t have to. Don’t say anything,” she says.
Phoebe also figures on the trailer as she corners Dom. She asks, “Are you still in love with Tess?” Dom says it’s not that simple, but Phoebe insists, “Yes, it is.”

"Home and Away" recap
On Tuesday, Ricky told Phoebe that she broke off her marriage with Nate and that Brax showed up. She shared Brax’s offer – to leave Summer Bay and live with him. After contemplating about it, Ricky decided that a fresh start is just what she and Casey need. Nate had an emotional moment with the baby and a final conversation with Ricky before they left. With one last hug, Ricky bid Nate goodbye. As Brax drove off with Ricky and Casey, Nate cried his heart out alone at the house.
Meanwhile, Josh tried to explain to Evie that he killed Charlotte by accident. However, Evie won’t hear the end of it. “I don’t know who you are anymore,” she said. She also could not believe that Josh lied to her and let Zac go to prison because of the murder. Evie then angrily walked off. Andy suddenly appeared and forced Josh to go with him. Andy grilled Josh for what he did, and Josh explained himself again. The two brothers hugged.
Later, Kat went by Josh and Andy’s place, but Josh hid inside a car. Andy urged him to run away, but Josh said he couldn’t just leave Evie like that. Josh went to see Evie and said he can’t lose her. Josh said he’s going to turn himself in and make things right. Evie said she’s coming with him. When they went to the station, they saw Andy, who confessed about murdering Charlotte.
