Back to the Bay reports that Ricky decides to escape Summer Bay to start a new life with Brax and Casey. Meanwhile, Tori’s brothers arrive in town. Josh, on the other hand, wants to come clean about killing Charlotte, but Andy beat him into it.

Seven Network posted a sneak peek for tonight’s episode. In the preview video, Brax informs Ricky that Sam confessed, which means Brax is free. Brax says that without Ricky in his life, he’s nothing. “You and I both know that this – me and you – are always meant to be,” he continues. He then invites Ricky to go with him and start fresh.

Another teaser shows Josh running after Evie, who screams, “Leave me alone!” Andy then appears, forcing Josh to come with him. Kat also figures in another scene, as she tells Andy that she’ll find Josh – it’s just a matter of time. Ash, meanwhile, is seen texting while driving and almost hits an oncoming car. The men inside the vehicle lash at him for almost killing them, and they are later introduced by Tori as her brothers.

"Home and Away" recap

In the previous episode, Ricky arrived home and accidentally woke up Nate, who had too much to drink at their office party. She informed him that their counselor could fit them in for a session that day, but Nate didn’t look like he’s up for it. Later, the two discussed about their two-month marriage. Nate said he believes Ricky still loves Brax, and that their marriage was a mistake. Ricky said it’s too early to give up, but Nate said he’s not doing that, rather, what he’s doing is acceptance. They realised that despite the fact that they love each other, they just couldn’t make it work together.

When Nate went out for a walk, Tori saw him. Nate told her that he and Ricky are over. “What all I want to do is to make her happy,” he said before walking away. Nate returned home and told Ricky that he knows who could make her happy. He then revealed that he called Brax, who appeared on their doorstep. Nate left the two to talk.

Elsewhere, Kat shared with Ash the truth about Charlotte’s murder. Ash wondered why she let Josh off, and Kat explained that learning about it would push over Evie to the edge, especially since Hannah and Oscar just died. She then left for work and at the station, she was instructed to dig in all the pieces of evidence one more time to see if there’s anything they missed about the case. She then tried contacting Josh, calling him several times and even going to his place.

When Kat ran into Ash, she said she’s looking for Josh to turn him in. Ash told her to let Josh go since it looked like an accident anyway. Ash also said that Evie would be devastated, and she needs Josh now more than ever. Kat refused and left to search for Josh. Wanting to get to Josh before Kat does, Ash went home and walked in on Andy. Ash revealed to Andy that Josh killed Charlotte. Ash and Andy agreed that jail is not a place for Josh and decided to divide and conquer – Ash would look for Kat and convince her to change her mind, while Andy would go look for Josh. Later, Ash revealed to Kat that he told Andy about everything. Kat lashed at Ash for risking her whole career.

Evie prepared a romantic afternoon with Josh, complete with wine, chocolates and rose petals on the bed. She said it’s her way of saying thank you to him, for being the best fiancé and for putting up with her. They made love. After, Josh told her that he’s in trouble. When Evie asked what kind of trouble, he admitted to killing Charlotte.
