‘Home and Away’ spoilers for Oct. 18: Brody makes another stunning discovery; Kat may be caught with her pants down

Big revelations and shocking secrets hound the upcoming episode of “Home and Away.” On Tuesday, Brody Morgan (Jackson Heywood) realises what his visions mean and comes closer to finally finding out the truth about his family. Speaking of truths coming out, Katarina Chapman’s (Pia Miller) covert relationship with Martin “Ash” Ashford (George Mason) may finally come out into the open, thanks to a midday booty call.

Ash, however, has bigger problems to deal with when the authorities come after him because of a credit card fraud traced at the Garage. The Oct. 18 episode also features other “Home and Away” cast members including Tori Morgan (Penny McNamee), Justin Morgan (James Stewart), Mason Morgan (Orpheus Pledger), as well as recurring guest stars Atticus Decker (John Adam), Hope Morrison (Jessica Falkholt) and Raffy Morrison (Olivia Deeble).

Back to the Bay reports that on Monday’s run, Decker finally uncovers the mystery hounding him. Brody, on the other hand, figures out what his dreams mean. Kat’s secret almost comes out when she’s trapped at the Garage. Meanwhile, Ash runs into trouble once more because of a credit card scam.

Seven Network posted a sneak peek of the upcoming episode. In the trailer, McCarthy wonders why Kat’s police car was at the Garage and Ash babbles an excuse. Meanwhile, Justin tells Hope that the Garage was busted for a credit card fraud. Later, he says he knows who’s responsible behind the scam. Raffy also figures in the video as she shows Brody a necklace with a sparrow pendant. Brody feels like he’s finally putting together the puzzle pieces created by Decker.

“Home and Away” recap

On Monday, Justin and Brody rushed to the hospital after Tori told them that Decker woke up. Nate was confused why Tori didn’t tell Decker’s nieces first. Hope finally got the call from Justin, which is just perfect timing – she almost caught Ash at Phoebe’s house. When Hope arrived, Tori immediately comforted her. Brody and Justin sneaked into Decker’s room and updated him about the recent events. The two brothers asked Decker whether they’re still safe at the Bay. He said they were before the accident. Brody then grilled him about how Decker knew the Morgans before they were under the witness protection program. Before Decker could answer, however, he hyperventilated, alarming Nate and Tori. Later, Tori lashed out at his brothers for grilling Decker.

Brody refused to give up. When Decker was stable, Brody went to his room again to get the answers he’s looking for. Decker finally revealed that he was working undercover to investigate a drug syndicate when he met Brody’s dad. When Brody’s dad didn’t provide any other information, Decker turned to his wife but she had no idea what’s going on. Decker then broke protocol and admitted that he’s an undercover cop. He sought help from her to protect the Morgans. Decker said he blew his cover to save the Morgans but he failed, which is why they were put under the program. Decker said he did it for Brody’s mum, whom he had an affair with.

Later, Brody shared this information to Tori and Justin, who was angry about Decker’s lies. Tori, on the other hand, defended Decker and said they have no choice but to trust him. Meanwhile, Decker was looking at a photo of a young girl, who looked like Raffy.

Meanwhile at the police station, McCarthy assigned Kat to investigate an ongoing credit card scam. Apparently, someone’s been copying credit card details and using them online. Shortly after, she received a message from Ash, who wanted to hook up with her at the Garage. She went during her lunch break and things quickly got hot and heavy between them. Unfortunately, McCarthy arrived and wondered why the place was closed. He called Ash out and Kat tried to hide under his desk.
