If Miley Cyrus had to take off all her clothes and perform a raunchy number to get to the top, Ariana Grande didn't have to pull such stops to be the number one on the Billboard Hot 100. The "Sam & Cat" star is every bit of Cyrus with vocal prowess and incredible good looks save for their penchant of things that are sexually explicit. Grande is certainly the anti-Miley Cyrus of today's Hollywood tween sensations.

Ariana Grande and Miley Cyrus are both child stars who have grown up to be extremely talented and beautiful singers. However, if there is one difference between the two, it's the way they make headlines. First off is Miley Cyrus who had made the news all thanks to her nude video for "Wrecking Ball", her failed engagement to Liam Hemsworth and her performance at the MTV Video Music Awards. All three suggest bad publicity that doesn't at all please the general public.

On the other hand, Ariana Grande has been performing non-stop on various TV shows and promoting her album, "Yours Truly." As of late, Ariana's album had managed to hit the number one spot on the US Billboard charts. Unlike Miley who had to pull all the stops to get to VEVO's most viewed, Grande didn't even have to take off her clothes.

"Ariana's talent speaks for itself, she doesn't need bad publicity or gimmicks to sell her music," said Donnie Klang, an acting coach and co-founder of The Loft Studio, adding, "She is the current role model that we use while we are training these up and coming stars."

The "Baby I" singer has already been named the Mariah Carey of this generation which is a big title to carry around. Unlike other Hollywood stars that have posted their extravagant purchases online, Grande has instead focused on the things that truly matter. As a member of the Broadway South Africa initiative, Grande had taught music to kids in South Africa back in 2009. Grande had also co-founded a group for the youth, "Kids Who Care" back in her home state.

"This proves that Ariana is using her time to make a difference in the world. She's not club-hopping or Instagramming her extravagant purchases of a Rolex like other famous young stars do," stated Diana Madison, founder and host of Hollyscoop TV.
