And how has Orlando Bloom’s wife done it?
Citing the interview with Access Hollywood, The Daily Telegraph noted that Kerr has credited her toned shape body to yoga.
The model has been practicing yoga for ten years and she said that she maintained the routine during her pregnancy.
"I practised yoga for over 10 years and I just continued that practice throughout my whole pregnancy and then after as well. It does (keep you in shape after the birth) especially when you''re breast feeding," The Daily Telegraph quoted Kerr as telling Access Hollywood.
The model has chosen to study hatha yoga in particular. And she claimed that her instructors are also impressed by the movements she had displayed in the sessions.
"My teachers tell me they've never seen a back bend like mine! It's just so invigorating to massage all the internal organs and drain all the toxins out of your body," Kerr said, according to The Daily Telegraph.
In the earlier report by IBTimes, Kerr said that “yoga is one thing that she is working so hard for to do more regularly".
The first-time mother even admitted she would often fight her occasional ‘laziness’ saying that yoga helps her build up strength and flexibility and mental state.
She said: "I have a regular yoga routine I practice and that's the one thing that really keeps me grounded and on top of that I do have a trainer as well, but to be honest with you, I can be a little lazy when it comes to that because I'm working so hard."
Kerr even emphasized that she has taken yoga on ‘a fairly serious level’.
She had stunned everyone that after giving birth in January 2011, she returned to the catwalk in Balenciaga Fall Runway, Paris more than two months after (March 2011).
