HTC One Max Leaked Specs and Release Date
HTC seems to have joined the list of companies that are unable to stem the tide of leaks on their devices prior to the actual release date, as a new leak reportedly gives away the specs of the upcoming HTC One Max.
The leak was published on the French site nowhereelse. The HTC One Max, according to the leak, is expected to come with a massive 5.9 inch screen rendering a 1080 x 1920 pixel resolution.
The dimensions of the phone are 164.5 x 82.5 x 10.29 mm and the phone weighs 217 grams compared to the 143 grams of the HTC One. The upcoming device appears to be a scaled up version of the popular flagship smartphone of the company.
The HTC One Max, according to the leak, comes with a 2.3 GHz quad core Snapdragon S800 processor. The device will reportedly start with a 16GB internal memory variant, which can be expanded via Micro SD card. It will also come in 32 GB and 64 GB variants. It has a 3,300 mAh battery.
The leak reported a 2 MP front facing camera on the HTC One Max, which is in line with the analysts' expectations from the device. There is also a lot of talk about the possible ultra pixel primary camera on the device. The efficiency of the camera can only be ascertained after the actual launch of the device.
The RAM on the device is reported to be 2 GB, which has become an industry standard. There are some exceptions like the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and the Galaxy Round which come with 3 GB RAM. **(Click here to see the photos and read about the world's first smartphone with a curved display)
