Philip Seymour Hoffman is set to play Plutarch Heavensbee while Bruno Gunn will be playing Brutus.
Another iconic character, District 7's Johanna Mason, whose spot has been filled out is that of Jena Malone. Lynn Cohen joins the cast as the 80-year old Mags, Finnick Odair's trainer.
