Apparently, "Hunger Games" star Jennifer Lawrence is fed up with acting having called it "stupid" in a recent magazine interview. Now, before fans of the lovely blonde go on hating Lawrence for the said comment there is a deeper explanation for it. Read on to find out.

Known for speaking her mind and self-depreciating humor, Lawrence opened up about acting to all things Hollywood for her Vanity Fair interview.

"Not to sound rude, but [acting] is stupid," said Lawrence in the Vanity Fair February 2013 issue, adding, "Everybody's like, 'How can you remain with a level head?' And I'm like, 'Why would I ever get cocky? I'm not saving anybody's life. There are doctors who save lives and firemen who run into burning buildings. I'm making movies. It's stupid.'"

While suggested comment made by Lawrence would earn her another foot-in-mouth statement, it won't be something to cost her a loss at the up and coming nomination at the Oscar Awards. The 22-year old is said to be considered for the Award as Best Actress for her performance in the film, "Silver Linings Playbook" opposite Bradley cooper.

As for other "Hunger Games" related news, Lawrence also admitted to relating to her character, Katniss Everdeen.

"I read the Hunger Games books when it was Oscar season, so for the first time I was in these dresses which didn't look like me and didn't feel like me. I felt like a walking rag doll," said Lawrence."I remember sitting there in hair and makeup, listening to the things that they were talking about, and most of the things I didn't even know ... So I read that and I was like, 'I know exactly how that feels,'" added Jennifer.

Another foot-to-mouth hilarious comment that Lawrence talked about in the interview was that of having to walk the red carpet and everything Hollywood.

"I always felt like I sucked at everything, that I could never find the thing that I liked. I auditioned and I probably sucked, but I had decided 100 percent that this is what I wanted to do," said Lawrence.

Well, whatever Lawrence manages to say, her true fans would know better.
