'Hunger Games' star Josh Hutcherson may have just healed from a broken nose.

The young star reportedly bought a new home within Hollywood Hills according to Real Estalker. The said new home of the 19-year-old star is surrounded by a relaxing scenic nature, good enough to remember their survival scenes in the movie. It is dubbed as 'The Tree House.'

Hutcherson's new home measures 1,861 square foot with two bathrooms and two bedrooms. It is called The Tree House due to a huge sycamore grove near it found right under the Laurel Canyon.

It is also interesting to note that way back in 2004, the popular host, Ellen Degeneres became one of its old owners. Not long ago, Degeneres also sold another property in Beverly Hills to 'American Idol' host Ryan Seacrest.

On the other hand, fans who are curious with what Hutcherson is busy doing when not in the 'Hunger Games' set with co-star Jennifer Lawrence, he is like any ordinary young guy who wants to have fun. He was spotted enjoying some racing event last Saturday somewhere in Northern California.

Josh Hutcherson is also nominated for the upcoming 2012 Teen Choice Awards just like Jennifer Lawrence. Will they finally steal the all time love team awards from the usual recipients, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart?
