Ian Somerhalder proved once more how adorable he is. The heartthrob "Vampire Diaries" actor expressed on the social networking site Twitter about being in love with his fans after the 2013 Comic Con.

"#COMICCON I'm in Love with you.TVD fans-I'm in love with you.I thank you,The Con,Warner Bros&CW,for making my life so full and amazing," Ian posted on his Twitter account @iansomerhalder. It appears the 34-year-old actor was smitten with the warm affection he received from the devoted fans present at the San Diego event.

Recently, Ian revealed in an interview that he enjoys the perks of being a vampire in the hit CW TV series because he can seduce women without any difficulty. "If it were that easy, life would be so much simpler!" the actor stated to Women's Health Magazine.

The actor further revealed that he is fascinated and easily seduced when a woman can dance. "When someone can dance, or you have rhythm with someone, it's really sexy," Ian shared.

Additionally, Ian opened up about how to know when he has found the right woman. "You know when you stand next to someone and there's an electrical feeling. You feel that connection and your heart beats fast," Ian explained.

Ian Somerhalder is currently busy filming for the upcoming "Vampire Diaries Season 5". The actor, who portrays vampire Damon Salvatore, has shared a couple of details to the fans at the 2013 Comic Con about what will happen next.

Ian admitted that Damon and Elena's relationship looks cute and he did not sound bothered with the sexy professor that Elena will meet when she goes to college. "Damon's met his match several times in his life. Maybe he'll be happy. Maybe he'll be jealous. Maybe he'll rip his throat out. I don't know," Ian stated.

Co-star and ex-girlfriend Nina Dobrev has shared spoiler details as well at the event that the Delena duo will try to work out a long distance relationship in the show's latest season. The former lovers reunited on the Atlanta set to film the scenes for the "Vampire Diaries" and the two seems to be in good terms with each other.

A source revealed to E! News that Ian and Nina had an awkward moment at the 2013 Comic Con but the Q&A video with Entertainment Weekly says that action speaks louder than words. It can be seen in the footage that Ian was leaning close to Nina while she touches his arm a couple of times when Ian showed off the cover of his phone.
