Ian Somerhalder: 'Vampire Diaries' Actor Spotted Leaving Girlfriend Nikki Reed's Home After Date Night At Los Angeles Lakers Game

"Vampire Diaries" star Ian Somerhalder took girlfriend Nikki Reed on a Sunday date night at the Staples Center to watch the Los Angeles Lakers Game. On Monday morning, Dec. 29, the 36-year-old heartthrob actor was spotted leaving the "Twilight" actress' LA home.

According to a Mail Online report, actor Ian Somerhalder was spotted walking towards a car waiting outside after leaving his girlfriend's home. The TVD star looked stylish with his taupe fedora, charcoal grey shirt, charcoal scarf and dark denim trousers paired with brown boots. Click HERE to see photos.

On Sunday, Dec. 28, the couple headed to the Staples Center to watch the Lakers game against the Phoenix Suns. However, an E!Online report claimed Ian and Nikki were busy with their public display of affection instead of watching the basketball game.

The former "Lost" star looked really smitten with his 26-year-old lady love. Ian Somerhalder kept kissing Nikki Reed and held her hand throughout the basketball game.

The pair wore casual outfits during their romantic date night in Los Angeles. Nikki reed rocked a simple white shirt with a leather jacket and ripped black jeans while her beau sported a white shirt, black jeans and a fedora.

Ian and Nikki just came home from their Christmas vacation in Sun Valley, Idaho where the TVD star spent some quality time with the "Twilight" actress' family. The couple happily shared their holiday experience up on the slopes to their fans and followers on Instagram.

On Friday, Dec. 26, Nikki Reed shared a video that her brother, Nathan, captured featuring her butt-wiggle dance move and Ian Somerhalder's somersault on a snowboard during their holiday vacation. "My brother and my love all in one day, on one mountain- I'm so overwhelmed by all of the beauty that surrounds us. HAPPY HOLIDAYS! Love...us," the actress wrote as a caption to the shared video on her Instagram account iamnikkireed. Click HERE to watch video.

Nikki and Ian's relationship is currently going strong since the two were first spotted out together last July. Prior to their romantic relationship, Nikki Reed divorced her "American Idol" Season 10 contestant husband, Paul McDonald, back in May while Ian Somerhalder dated TVD co-star Nina Dobrev before they split in May 2013.

At the moment, Nikki Reed works on her new movie project titled "The Highway Is For Gamblers" while Ian Somerhalder stars as Damon Salvatore in "The Vampire Diaries" Season 6 which is scheduled to return on Jan. 22, 2015.
