iPhone 5S Release Date Nears as New Concept Surfaces Flashing Realistic, Curvy Contours [PHOTOS]
Thin, light, less and more (features, that is) are the central concepts pinned on the latest iPhone 5S render, its emergence further underpinning hopes that Apple would for an earlier than expected release date for the 2013 iOS 7 flagship.
Conceptualised by Alvaro Toledo and published by Yanko Design, the new 5S interpretation plays out with the catch phrase "so much more than before, so much less too," strongly suggesting of the design author's love for a minimalist-inspired device with brimming killer features.
The take is not removed from Apple's basic design philosophy of providing reasons for every minute design details. It fuses flat and curve to infuse dynamic life on a gadget that users would find hard to put down.
The designer obviously dismisses the strong suggestions that the iPhone 5S, in terms of its looks and key functions, is a mere incremental from the iPhone 5, carrying over mostly the latter's profile and features.
Judging from the images alone, the 5S will keep its main sex appeal - uncluttered renderings both on the hardware mixes and fuses plus the GUI, the latter expectedly integrating the simplified and straightforward iOS 7 look.
The app icons now displays the same application shortcuts revealed in recently published Apple patent filings that piece together how the final iPhone 5S build will look like.
Yet one interesting attribute that the render seems to brag about, according to Concept Phones, is its similarity to the HTC One body engineering, which won over many experts this year for deftly marrying beauty with sturdiness.
Not doubt this 5S is envisioned by the phone designer to boast of superb ergonomics that houses killer features inside the guts.
On its supposed release date, which analyst contend could happen between August and September this year, the iPhone 5S would reportedly wow with an A7 processing chip with quad-core prowess, a Retina+ display with some 1.5 million pixels dotting the screen, a 12MP rear shooting cam, LTE-Advanced, fingerprint scanner and NFC-enabled payment capacity.
The chance is also high that Apple will rollout the 5S in rainbow colour options.
