iPhone 6, 5S Release Date the Same as Samsung Galaxy Note 3’s?
Tech giant Apple upcoming smartphones dubbed as iPhone 6 and iPhone 5S is set for release in September, says a reliable website. Samsung Galaxy Note 3 release date is also set in September.
Japanese tech blog Macotakara, which has a good track record in Apple rumours, claimed that the next generation of iPhones will make their debut later this year.
It is initially reported that the new iPhones will be launched in June along with the upgraded iOS. However, other reports stated that the devices will make its debut in September.
This is supported as Apple chief Tim Cook also dropped several hints that the upcoming iPhone 6 and 5S will be released later this year. Cook said that no new products are to launch before the end of the year.
Cook also subtly dented rumours that the iPhone 5S could launch as early as June. "Our teams are hard at work on some amazing new hardware, software, and services that we can't wait to introduce this fall and throughout 2014."
If rumours proved to be true, the Apple smartphones will battle head on with another rumoured device from rival Samsung. According to speculations, Samsung's phablet, Galaxy Note 3, will arrive also in September.
The first model of Samsung Galaxy Note was released two years ago, and it was a huge success, since today we are talking about the third model of this phablet.
Reports suggest that the next generation Galaxy Note will come with major improvements in not just the display quality that is certainly going to be a full HD display, processor is also going to improve and so the camera. It is also expected to get many of the new features that came with Samsung's latest flagship handset Galaxy S4.
Reports also suggest that the S-Pen is going to get another facelift with the launch of the new Galaxy Note that is being dubbed as Galaxy note 3.
Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is expected to make its debut in the third quarter of this year. Rumours point to possible September release date. There are speculations that Samsung will hold the announcement of the Note 3 on the annual IFA event in Berlin.
