Jackie Chan Death Hoax: Chinese Actor Recount and Joke About Fake Twitter, Facebook Death Reports on 'The Arsenio Hall Show' [VIDEO]
The death hoax on Jackie Chan continues on social media sites Twitter and Facebook and the Chinese actor does not get tired too in refuting the fake death reports about him. Recently, the "Rush Hour" actor made a guest appearance at "The Arsenio Hall Show" where he recounted and joked about the circulating death hoax reports.
The 59-year-old martial arts actor looked optimistic and had a sense of humor during the interview with host Arsenio Hall about the numerous and disturbing fake death reports. According to Jackie Chan, he had to take numerous phone calls from family, friends and co-workers checking on him to see if he is okay.
Mr Chan further added that even his manager called him to ask if he's okay and then break the news about the circulating death hoax reports on the Internet. "My manager called me in the United States asking, 'Are you okay?' 'I'm okay.' 'Everybody thought you'd died this morning!' 'What!' I said. 'No, no... don't worry, before I die I'll call you'," Jackie Chan shared.
Since 2010, Mr Chan has already been proving to his millions of fans that the Internet death reports about him are false. The series of death hoaxes targeted the Hong Kong superstar with claims that he died from perfecting an action stunt in Hollywood for his new movie.
A previous death hoax report claimed as well that Jackie Chan tragically died from a car accident in Queensland, Australia. Several fake death reports and cruel Internet pranks on Jackie Chan caused family, friends and fans to worry about his true condition but the actor never gets tired of proving that he is alive and doing well.
Jackie Chan has already proved on his Facebook page that he is just doing fine. "If I died, I would probably tell the world! I took a photo with today's date, just in case you don't believe me! However, thank you all for your concern. Kiss kiss and love you all!" Mr Chan wrote with an attached image of himself holding up a newspaper and pointing to the date.
