After the Royal World Premiere success of "Skyfall" in London, the latest James Bond film is reportedly scheduled for another much anticipated movie premiere in Australia. Actor Daniel Craig, Bond girls Naomie Harris and Berenice Marlohe as well as film producer Barbara Broccoli will head to Sydney for the prestigious event on November 16 at the State Theatre.
"Skyfall" had its majestic premiere last Tuesday at the Royal Albert Hall in London with the presence of Prince Charles and Camilla, The Duchess of Cornwall. The film's cast headed by lead actor Daniel Craig, Judi Dench, Javier Bardem, Ralph Fiennes, Naomie Harris, Berenice Marlohe and Ben Whishaw graced the red carpet for their pictures to be taken, autograph signing with the fans and interviews with the press. Film director Sam Mendes and the producers Michael G. Wilson and Barbara Broccoli were also in attendance at the movie premiere.
For the Australian fans, the upcoming "Skyfall" premiere will definitely be worth the wait since the film has now garnered positive feedbacks.
Brisbanetimes.com reports that the Telegraph has described "Skyfall" as the "frequently dazzling, utterly audacious" film while making comparisons to Christopher Nolan's "The Dark Knight."
On the other hand, Variety has also evaluated "Skyfall" against the successful Batman trilogy and proclaimed that ''it's taken 23 films and 50 years to get Bond's back story, but the wait was worth it." Moreover, "Skyfall" is the "best acted, most ravishingly beautiful and all-round best Bond to date," according to Britain's Metro.
"Skyfall" will be officially released in Australian theaters on November 22.
