In the last few episodes of CW’s hit new comedy series "Jane The Virgin," the main character Jane and her boyfriend Rafael have been dealing with a lot of daddy issues. In the second half of the season, the moms will be making a grand entrance to shake up their lives. [Warning: Spoilers ahead]

In earlier episodes, Jane learned that her father is international telenovela star Rogelio De La Vega. The flamboyant actor belatedly found out that he has a daughter and has been making an effort to be a part of Jane's life. He has also been trying to rekindle his botched romance with Jane's mom Xiomara.

TV Line has dug up some "Jane the Virgin" spoilers. One is that later this season, Rogelio's mother will be crashing the party, the website reveals.

Jane grew up with her mom and her grandmother Alba by her side. Alba has been a big influence in her life, and this is the first time she will be meeting her paternal grandmother. Rita Moreno of "West Side Story" fame will reportedly be playing Rogelio's glamorous mother. Jane's new "Glam-ma" is described to be fiercely protective of Rogelio. According to the same report by TV Line, she will make an appearance on episode 18.

Meanwhile, Jane's boyfriend Rafael has been investigating his father whom he suspects to be the notorious criminal "Sin Rostro." In the last episode, his stepmother Rose turned out to be "Sin Rostro." Despite being innocent, his father Emilio unfortunately ended up dead after Rose used him as a scapegoat.

While dealing with the loss of his father whom he still thinks could be a criminal, Rafael reunites with his mother to find answers. According to E Online's treasure trove of "Jane the Virgin" spoilers, Rafael's mom will be called Elena and she will be telling Rafael the real reason why she abandoned their family so early. The studio is reportedly looking to cast an actress to play the part. Elena is described to be an Italian or Mediterranean woman. She will reportedly feature in the current time line as well as in flashbacks.

Rafael and his sister Luisa will also need to deal with their stepmother Rose. Not only was she revealed to be a criminal, she also killed their father. These are things that only the audience is aware of at the moment so it remains to be seen how the police and the rest of the characters will find out. Not to mention, Rose is also Luisa's lesbian lover. The plot thickens in "Jane The Virgin" which airs Mondays on the CW at 9:00 p.m.
