Jennifer Aniston & Justin Theroux Eloping?

If the race to the altar is on between the Jolie-Pitts and Aniston-Therouxs, it looks like the newer couple is far ahead.

While Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt refuse to tie the knot until same-sex marriage is legal in the entire United States, reports say Jennifer Aniston is well on her way to marrying her "Wanderlust" co-star.

An insider talks to OK! magazine, divulging their upstate New York wedding plans, parental attendance and other exciting details of what could potentially be the biggest wedding of 2012.

"Originally they wanted to fly everyone to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico , for a small barefoot-on-the-beach ceremony, but that plan was scrapped after the details were leaked," the source shares, adding that Justin Theroux has loved New York since moving to the city after college.

As to be expected, the guest list will be star-studded, including Ben Stiller, Christine Taylor, Robert Downey Jr., Chelsea Handler, Mandy Ingber and Andrea Bendewald.

More importantly, both of Aniston's parents are expected to be present. The "Friends" star has had a rocky relationship with her mother, but it seems the two are ready to start burying the hatchet.

"While she and Jen still have their issues, they're getting on really well," the source reveals.

Aniston and Theroux are planning to fly to Mexico for their honeymoon.

The pair has been inseparable for several months now. Earlier this year, the actress even sold her lavish Los Angeles pad to take up residence in New York with her beau.

The source tells OK! the stunning duo can't wait to spend the rest of their lives together.

"They are both incredibly excited. Jen can't believe it's actually happening. Jen's in a super place at the moment. She's on an all-time high," the source says.

However in love the couple may be at the moment, Gossip Cop gets to the bottom of the news, dismissing the reports as rumors.

"It's all made up," a representative for Aniston tells Gossip Cop.

Aniston and Theroux took a different step forward in their blossoming romance - sending out joint holiday cards to their family and friends.

The greeting cards they sent out contained a message saying a donation has been made in the name of the recipient to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and Best Friends Animal Society.

It's signed "Jen & Justin".
