In real life, Jennifer Lawrence may not be that far from the character that she plays in “The Hunger Games” franchise, as the Oscar-winning actress recently dished some strong opinions on Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump.

While promoting her new film, “The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2,” Lawrence went #nofilter and offered a vision of the future just in case Trump is elected as the next President of the U.S. She made it clear that she is not a fan of Trump.

“If Donald Trump becomes president, that will be the end of the world.” she told Entertainment Weekly.

Her co-stars also pitched in their anti-Trump statements. Liam Hemsworth, who plays Gale Hawthorne in the "Hunger Games" franchise, supported Lawrence’s strong opinion, saying “I’ll back you [Lawrence] up on that.”

Josh Hutcherson, who plays Peeta, finds it difficult to believe that Trump is running for presidency. “It’s a publicity stunt. It can’t be real," he said.

Lawrence, meanwhile, is also not sure whether Trump’s bid for presidency is legitimate or it is just for entertainment. The actress suggested that it may also be a ruse of Hilary Clinton.

“I genuinely believe that reality television has reached the ultimate place where now even things like this might just be for entertainment,” she said, adding that it is likely to be “Hillary’s brilliant idea.”

She also could not understand people’s fascination with the real-estate mogul despite his derogatory comments targeting Hispanic and Asian communities.

The actress said that she was watching Trump on the campaign trail, and she saw a guy telling him, “I love Donald Trump because he’s saying everything I’m thinking and I just can’t say it because of the PC factor."

Hearing that, the actress said that she had thought, “You are absolutely right. That’s who I want representing my country, somebody politically incorrect. That will be perfect.”

In 2013, Lawrence was included in TIME magazine’s list of 100 Most Influential People. She will reprise her role as Katniss Everdeen in the final feature adaptation of Suzanne Collins’ "Hunger Games" Trilogy.
