'John Wick 3': Riding a horse in New York City
Keanu Reeves (John) has been spotted riding a horse at the production set of “John Wick 3: Parabellum.” Filming is currently taking place in New York City. The plot will show the protagonist on the run after the events of the previous movie. The following article contains spoilers.
John has been cut off from all the services that are offered by The Continental hotel chain, and it looks like he will find it hard to get even a car. A leaked video from the production set posted on Twitter shows Reeves riding a horse in the city.
There are multiple black horses that are being used to film what appears to be an action sequence. Reeves had to ride down the road in full gallop multiple times to get the scene right.
In the scene that was filmed, it looks like John will be chased by a few bad guys on motorcycle. At least two extras can be seen in full black leather jackets and helmets riding their bikes just behind Reeves in the video.
John will be on the run in the upcoming film because there is a big contract on his head, and he will also be hunted for killing a man who was a part of the High Table. There will be another pile of bodies all around New York City before John manages to set things right.
Hiroyuki Sanada is expected to be playing the big baddie in the film. The producers are yet to confirm this casting. The other big character in the film will be Sofia (Halle Berry), who is someone from John’s past. Sofia and John have a history together, which will be explored in the film.
“John Wick 3: Parabellum” is set to be released on May 16, 2019 in Australia. The film is being directed by Chad Stahelski.
