Justin Bieber turned 18 only a few months ago but the teenage heartthrob doesn't wish to be dubbed as a "boy" in the eyes of his fans. Proving that he is definitely growing up, Justin Bieber dares to be "hot and legal" on the cover of Rolling Stone. Its Bieber's second take on gracing the cover of the highly-esteemed music magazine.

Appearing for the second time around on the cover of Rolling Stone, Justin Bieber bares all about his love for Selena Gomez plus how he carries himself through the years. Fans of the teenage heartthrob may recall that Justin graced the cover of Rolling Stone with the caption "Super Boy".

However, Justin is quick to change that notion with the highly-anticipated release of Rolling Stone's August issue out by July 20. From "Super Boy" to "Hot, Ready and Legal", Justin proves his music and himself has matured through the years.

"I'm definitely more mature. I feel like I carry myself in a more manly way. I don't carry myself as a boy," explained Bieber. Apart from the tidbit of info about Justin's "manlier" outlook, the 18-year old gushed about how to appropriately treat the ladies. Calling out Selena Gomez, does the Bieber do exactly these?

"I make sure to do the little things," Justin said.

"Like noticing when they get their hair done, or when they change their nail color. Also saying things all the time - like, 'You're very pretty,' 'You're gorgeous,' things like that," says Justin.

With regards to the growing scandalous issues about Justin's "bad" behavior and Justin's relationship with Selena Gomez, Scooter Braun, Justin's manager, speaks up in the magazine interview.

"Personally, I think that's all a bunch of bullshit," says Braun, adding, "Yes, there's gonna be some girls that if they see him with a girlfriend, it kills the dream - but there's also gonna be girls that see him with a girlfriend, hear about the romantic things he does and want him even more."

Thankfully, Justin not only has a supportive girlfriend in Selena Gomez but a dependable manager in Scooter Braun as well. "Beliebers" should start lining up at stalls because the August issue hit stands this Friday, July 20, 2012.
