Justin Bieber jets off his private plane with Lionel Richie’s 17-year-old daughter

Justin Bieber seemed to have found a new girlfriend, model Sofia Richie. The 22-year old “Sorry” singer was caught going on a morning hike on Wednesday morning with 17-year-old Sofia. The daughter of singer Lionel Richie and Justin then boarded a private jet to Japan for the pop star's Purpose World Tour over the weekend.

The travel companions are certainly spending a lot of time together these days. They even spent five days straight together, a source told PEOPLE. On Friday, they were spotted holding hands on the beach in Laguna Beach, California.

Although neither of them denied or commented about their relationship, Richie seems to be the one who is definitely smitten with the “Love Yourself” pop star. On Thursday, she Instagrammed a snap of herself rocking a long-sleeve T-shirt bearing the singer’s face.

Richie, who turns 18 on Aug. 24, is an American celebrity model. Following the steps of Zendaya and Rita Ora, she was named the face of Madonna and daughter Lourdes Leon’s juniors’ clothing line, Material Girl, last year.

Richie told ET in March a few of her life goals, including appearing on the cover of Vogue, getting her own clothing line, and eventually getting married. Her previous boyfriend was fashion designer Jake Andrews, whom she dated for two years.

While things look like they’re warming up for Richie and Bieber, Bieber seems to be enjoying the single life too much. Just last week, he enjoyed the company of YEBA (You’re Everything Beautiful Always) designer Cedric Benaroch and six models during a wild vacation in Hawaii. One of those models, Sahara Ray, happened to join Bieber in a naked rendezvous.

An insider told US Weekly that there’s nothing serious going on between Richie and Bieber. For now, the two are just casually seeing each other and enjoying each other's company.
