"Heartbreaker" by Justin Bieber definitely has a ring to it given it just might be dedicated to his former beau, Selena Gomez. Despite countless web posts claiming that the "Jelena" duo is back together, sources confirm that the couple has broken up for good.

Even after the PDA-filled date at Las Vegas and the smooch backstage at the Billboard Awards, Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber have called it off. According to Radar Online, Selena Gomez has finally listened to the advice of close friends and is completely cutting off ties with the Canadian crooner.

"She's finally taken some of their advice to heart and swears it's finally over with him, for good," says the source, adding, "She doesn't see herself getting back together with him and just needs to move on."

Gomez had allegedly thought she had a chance at saving the failed relationship. Yet, it was all for naught.

"For a minute she thought she could 'save' him. But she's over him and his childish behavior," explains the source.

It's not like Gomez didn't warn Justin Bieber first hand. "Jelena" fans may recall that the couple was in a "trial period" dating since they got back together. It was Selena's way of treading the relationship slowly and carefully after getting her heart broken by the Biebs.

"Selena is keeping her heart from being broken, so she is definitely looking at this as a trial period in their relationship," continued the source, "She has told him that if he f***s with her emotions too much, she will drop him."

Apparently, Selena Gomez is a woman of her word. Hopefully, this really is the final chapter for the "Jelena" couple because their on-off and on again relationship has been the most complicated reunion to date.
