Nothing said a big birthday without the Bieber. Obviously, Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber were enjoying too much of each other's company despite no longer being officially together. The Canadian crooner was once again spotted indulging in heavy PDA at Selena's 21st birthday party last July 27.

Gomez was enjoying a week-long celebration of her 21st birthday. Yet, nothing beat her gypsy-themed birthday party held at Malibu last July 27, 2013. The lavish house party included a few costume-clad guests, namely Derek Hough and Jaden Smith. Of course, cameras couldn't help but spot the one person to cap off the birthday week celebration, Justin Bieber.

Justin was spotted arriving at the area in his leopard print Audi. The Biebs was also caught holding onto a single red rose which could be for the birthday girl. Well, the rose might not have been one of Bieber's grandest gestures but it did manage to do the trick.

"She was all over him," said an insider, adding, "They were definitely touchy-feely and shared some kisses and back rubbing."

With the party in full steam, Selena had allegedly gone overboard with the drinks and dancing that halfway through the night she began to feel a little sick. Of course, leave it to Bieber to help out in Selena's time of need.

"He was being helpful," said the source, adding, "Once people didn't really give him any crap and saw that he was being helpful the PDA got more intense."

The PDA didn't end that night because insiders claim that around 2a.m. Selena left the scene with Justin Bieber.

"Security flanked Bieber at all times and used umbrellas to block Gomez as she left the party with Justin and drove back to his home for a birthday sleepover," reported Ocean Up.

This definitely made things even more complicated than before. For one, fans of the "couple" were confused as to what the real deal is between Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez. In Selena's recent interview, the "Come & Get It" singer claimed to be single.

"I've known [Bieber] for a really long time and we enjoy each other's company every now and then. But I'm definitely single and enjoying being that," said Gomez.

Yet, with the intense PDA and sleep overs, that doesn't sound like a "single" woman at all.
